Our story

Mooi was created from a simple idea: to build a place where people can slow down, enjoy beautiful food, and feel at home. Inspired by a love for brunch, good coffee, and warm spaces, Mooi is designed to be a little escape in the city — a place to meet friends, work over a coffee, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.

Every dish we serve is made with care and attention to quality, because we believe that the best cafés are the ones that make you want to come back again and again.

  • Lovely Cafe! We had breakfast here on our first morning in Budapest as it was right by our hotel. The decor is stunning, staff are lovely and food was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict and the special Strawberry matcha, both divine! We then had take away coffees every morning and a pastry as we didn't have time to stop. Will definitely be returning when we come back to Budapest!
